PM Buenos Aires

PM Buenos Aires located at Brickell is a Fish and Steak house. As soon as I walked in I felt right at home. Being an Argentinean restaurant it is very similar to Brazilian steak houses and it is actually a very nice place to get away. It is a very cozy atmosphere although it is a big restaurant with a lot of free space. The garden provides a very nice view. Although the place looks very formal it is relaxing. I chose to go there for lunch since the food can be very heavy. They have a large wine list and a variety of cold and hot appetizers.
The Parrillada comes with mashed potato’s and grilled peppers, and they are all amazing.  The price is very acceptable for the amount of food you will get but you will probably spend $40 dollars per person to have lunch.

IL Gabbiano

Il Gabbiano, is located in downtown Miami by the water. It has an amazing view and a very cozy atmosphere. This Italian eatery is known for its exceptional cuisine and antipasto. The waiters are very friendly and attentive. The restaurant feature a full bar but there wine list is what shines. While you wait you can dab on the fried zucchini that is mouth watering. While you look through the menu they will serve you their famous bruschetta. They definitely are what put Il Gabbiano at top three Zagat-rated Miami restaurant.
Every day the restaurant features new specials that are the freshest products they have at the time. The good thing is that they actually bring the products to the table so you can see the food being featured. I choose to try the spicy seafood pasta special. For desert we couldn’t resist the chocolate suffle. The limoncello and espresso are the perfect way to finish the meal. Although it is a great dining experience, it is a very pricy restaurant. You will probably spend around $100 a person with wine. If you have a chance it is worth trying it.

Juvia

Who has a taste for Asian fusion? Juvia, located in Lincoln road, can be the answer for your cravings.
These lounge, restaurant features 10,000 square foot indoor/outdoor seating with a breathtaking view of the city. The perfect place to watch the sunset since it is located on the rooftop of 1111 Lincoln Road. These trendy new hotspot makes you feel right at home with its grey and purple decor. The kitchen is completely open allowing you to see right through it as well as the featured crudo bar. The drink menu is very refreshing, they carry a full bar as well as a wine list.

I opted for the Juvia Lemonade as my drink and tried the cold smoked scallop with Bloody Mary espuma as an appetizer. As an entry I decided to have another appetizer, the Causa Croquette. The Juvia lemonade was definitely a favorite, it’s a sweet drink made with vodka. As for the cold smoked scallop, it is probably an acquired taste, not my favorite item of the menu. The Causa croquette did not disappoint. It was a very interesting take in the Peruvian dish that I really enjoyed. It is a nice place for a special occasion since it is not a cheap restaurant. It will probably cost around $80 a person with a drink.
